These General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Amawoma online marketplace platform (the "Platform"). By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use the Platform. The Platform is available for use by individuals and businesses that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users are required to create an account in order to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Amawoma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when updating their details. Users agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Platform.
All product listings on the Platform are provided by third-party vendors and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Amawoma does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or authenticity of any product listings.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Amawoma or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content on the Platform is strictly prohibited.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. Amawoma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, unless the parties agree otherwise.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ghana.
Amawoma reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be posted on the Platform and become effective immediately upon posting.
